Be thankful


It's really important to be thankful. Why? Because when you are thankful you give love. And love will come back to you. It's the law of attraction. Either you say "thank you" to someone or you feel thankful for something, you give love to those people and things. 
When you are thankful for your health, you'll get even better health. When you are thankful for your relationships, you'll get even better relationships, etc.

 There are so many things in your life you should be thankful for. Maybe, you don't even realize them. Now, please, take a piece of paper and write down 20 things (including people) you are thankful for. (oxygen, fresh water, food, friends, family, etc.). If you're done, continue reading :)


It's impossible to feel sad, depressed or angry when you are thankful. When you are in a difficult situation, find a thing you are thankful for the most. Use your mind. Imagine your life without it. And then feel love and be thankful for it. And you'll feel much better. I promise.



Be thankful for everything you got in your life. (the past)

Be thankful for everything you are getting in your life. (the present)

Be thankful for everything you want to have in your life. (the future)


When something good happens to you, always be thankful. When you hear your favourite song in the radio, when you meet your old friend, when you see something funny, before you start eating, always say 'thanks'.
